Channing Tatum and Rachel McAdams’ highly-anticipated romantic drama ‘The Vow‘ will hit theaters just in time for Valentine’s Day on February 10, 2012. ‘The Vow‘ is based on the real-life love story of the Mom and Dad Kim and Krickitt Carpenter who were married in 1993. Two months after their marriage, the couple’s car was hit from behind by a truck, leaving Krickitt in a coma and with amnesia after coming out of the coma. They later chronicled their story in a book called “The Vow: The Kim and Krickitt Carpenter Story‘), and the film is based on their book.
