Asin Thottumkal feels victimised by recent reports in the Indian media.
Asin, who made her debut in Ghajini, was very upset by stories claiming that her father had been banned from the set of one of her films.
She told IANS: "I am clueless why people are just interested in creating stories which are not true about me. I haven't figured that out.
"I don't know why he has to be dragged into controversies. It is quite annoying when somebody writes about your parents. Please leave my father out of all this."
Asin's next release is "London Dreams" opposite Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan, which will be released on October 30.
