Beyonce glows on the cover of Harper's Bazaar's November issue, and rocks her gorgeous honey blonde locks like a real diva! And of course, she does it all in style, wearing gorgeous designer pieces, like a black Norma Kamali one-piece swimsuit, and a metallic fringed Ferragamo jacket, which you can see on the magazines second cover! (See the last picture)
