Rob and Kristen - Borrowed Heaven...

The Photo shoot that simply says it all...
I will be forever in love with this photo shoot, i suppose it stands to reason. It was the first photo shoot Robert and Kristen did together outside their 'Bella and Edward' guises, where they weren't promoting a movie, but promoting themselves. There was no talk about 'New Moon' which came out in November that year, instead readers got small glimpses into Rob and Kristen's lives. Sharing hotel room secrets (they always book rooms that adjoin one and other) their little quirks and nuances as they played the 'Newly-wed game' another little reveal there, and how much Kristen enjoys listening to Rob singing 'It's heartbreaking' meaning his voice.
Very Snow White don't you think?
We haven't had a decent photo shoot with just Kristen and Rob since then and i seriously think we need another one...soon.

Of course, for the fans of this lovely couple, it brings sappiness to their lives. A happiness is spread across their faces, as they gaze upon 'photograph after photograph' a chronicle as it where, of the romance that has kept people guessing since 2009 - now it just seems...obvious. It doesn't matter how many 'co-stars' come out and drop little hints here and there 'It's no secret' from Bronson Pelletier is one more to add to the mix, of those that have simply shrugged their shoulders, because really...do they need to say anymore?

Kristen has been content in her life, found a place where she belongs. Rob has found solace and comfort in finding his place, both career wise and in searching for that 'one person' whom he can rely on. I think it's fair to say that two characters written by a mom, who had a dream and created a story from it - hold a very special meaning in two people's lives. Two people who were brought together, because someone had a dream about a strange god like man, who had a very dark secret. He fell in love with a girl who felt she never belonged in her life, felt out of place and out of touch. Star-crossed lovers, forbidden fruit - call it what you want, it was the purpose of a series of books that essentially married Rob and Kristen together.
I will always be by your side...
It is a story such as this, that brings out the good and the bad in people, particularly fans. Fans of Rob, dismiss the idea he has decided at such a young age to tie himself to one girl. Surely, being the broad minded actor that he is, there are far more fish in the sea? He's young, intelligent and good looking, he has so much ahead of him and so many out there whom he could have fun with, so why her?

They believe this is all a PR game, of course he's just using Kristen until the promotions of Twilight are done. When he can finally divorce himself from Edward Cullen and be free of the PR coup he was 'hustled' into doing. It's this kind of nonsense that makes the lighter things in life; the fun of following two people in the entertainment business who, despite everything they have been put through, lead a very, very normal life - less fun.

I would like to believe that those who have room in their hearts to enjoy a bit of romance. To smile at the little clues that are always left behind. To have faith in people actually making a go at being happy, despite the restrictions and stress that life has to offer. To endure people not liking the idea and read the crap that is written about them. Despite all of that, Kristen and Rob always prove their love, always prove their respect and admiration and appreciate the fans who can be respectful and kind back. They don't have to prove to true fans, how much they mean to each other. They don't need to announce every single thing they do to the media, because being real means you don't need to seek approval.
Take my hand and hold on tight...
They don't need to sell their relationship, because it speaks for itself. This has always been the way that Kristen and Rob have continued to successfully lead their lives, away from the glare of the spotlight. When precious moments get taken away, when the photographers or fans find them and interrupt their peace of heaven - their slice of normalcy, it makes them dig down deeper to prevent it from happening again. They are not hiding anything, they are not trying to keep a secret, or are they ashamed to be seen together. Nor are they playing any kind of PR game. Because if that were the case, they would have announced a heck of a lot more than letting slip little bits about their lives, when one or the other's guard has come down. They would have gone to E! News, In Touch, Life and Style and any other kind of publicity network to let them know everything. Including what they had for breakfast. How can people call what Rob and Kristen have, a PR relationship, when they always do the complete opposite of what a PR relationship does?

I will always see a couple who have to let 'publicity' know what they are doing, including organising a wedding - a doomed relationship, right from the very start.

Rob and Kristen's little piece of 'borrowed heaven' is sacred and theirs to keep hidden, protected and away from the narrowed minds, jealous hearts and nasty slander, that some seem to think they have the right to produce.

Their relationship is real - no secrets, so you better get used to it.
Rob and Kristen - Borrowed Heaven...
T.
