Beware; this post will be full of downright snarkiness, due to people believing in one thing, then whining about another.
I'm getting all kinds of shit in my inbox - seriously so much drama, so much bullshit.
Firstly; it appears to me that there are some people in this crazy fandom who seem to be compelled to run around like headless chickens. I can understand the children of the fandom; teenagers who are currently filled with all kinds of angst 'Where is Kristen, why can't we see her, why has she been seen with X, Y and Z and not Rob?' Because that crap happens all the time...all the bloody time.
But now...
There seems to be an increase in excess of foam, as the whiny and the whingy get all confrontational and worried with the 'I'm really worried about Rob and Kristen, they haven't been seen together for a while. He's been rumoured to be getting all 'touchy' with X, Y and Z and Kristen has been seen out with Garrett Hedlund in London being all 'chummy.' Now she's been seen at Chris Weitz film premiere in LA and Garrett is meant to be there also. OH and my favourite - why isn't she wearing her rings and necklace?'
Yes...really...
Okay first of all; I've got a throbbing headache that seems to appear when i see an increase in 'nonsten activity' because let's face it, they're all kinds of snarly and snappy whenever there's a lull in 'Rob and Kristen activity.' You know, when they're not seen out together and snapped irritably by nosy paps, with nothing better to do with themselves. Thus increasing fan following like a bunch of lemmings; tripping each other up as they 'ooh and ahh' at the intrusion of their privacy.
The way i see it, there are those out there who claim to be fans of both Rob and Kristen and yet, they're the biggest worriers. They fly off the handle at a moments notice; crying that there has to be something wrong due to the lack of photos, sightings and rumours. Then of course they spread their concerns to others, who reply back with their concerns and woes and before you know it, you have a bunch of hysterical fans all saying the same thing - 'Rob and Kristen must have broken up!'
Why?
Because (gasp, shock, horror) Rob is in Toronto right now shooting a movie.
Because (gasp, shock, horror) Kristen has been successful enough to avoid being seen by anyone - not including so called sightings that suggested she was all over the continental US.
Because (gasp, shock, horror) the hags and hyenas maintain that Rob is hooking up with anything with a pulse and that also includes the directors daughter. (keeping it in the family)
Because (gasp, shock, horror) Kristen was seen with Garrett Hedlund in London presenting him an award, then seen out to dinner with Mr. Hedlund along with Tom Sturridge; (Rob's best friend) and his partner Sienna Miller.
Because (gasp, shock, horror) Rob was seen out last weekend at a few social gatherings, drinking some beer, having some laughs - WITHOUT Kristen by his side.
Because (gasp, shock, horror) Kristen looked absolutely stunning as she stands beside her previous Twilight director and co-star Taylor Lautner (an also firm favourite for the hook up stories) in LA last night and she wasn't wearing any jewellery (given by Rob) therefore, all of the above and now this amounts in their tiny minds 'THAT SOMETHING IS UP!'
Oh yes...that's the excuses, that's the reason for so much foam and fuckery from Twitter and beyond (i really need to take a break from that thing!)
Clearing up the rumours;
A: I don't know about you, but logical reason would suggest that with Rob working in Toronto right now - there really isn't much else he can do but go to work, put in a 15 hour day and drag his feet back home to bed each night. With the exception that some weekends he has off when he's not looking after Bear, looking after himself and well...when he has a certain young lady with him (do you seriously believe Kristen hasn't been there?)
B: Then of course there's the 'why haven't they been seen together?' see point A.
C: There's also the little known fact that Kristen is currently working pre-production for 'Snow White and the Huntsman' which starts in Oh, say a few short weeks? She flew to London the day after the 'Movie Awards' and has most likely been busy with the whole concept of...oh i don't know, making sure the costumes actually fit her? Any training that would need to be required? Reading with other cast? You know, the usual when it comes to signing onto a movie production.
D: Rob is hooking up with the entire female populous. Ah yes, the same shit different day story of Rob *man-whore of the year* sleeping his way around Toronto with just about anyone. Because when Kristen's not there to keep him faithful, he has to go and get it somewhere else!
*slaps head* Now why did i not think that? Oh wait, because I've a brain and can use common sense!
Yes, the so called 'fans of Robert Pattinson' maintain he's a womanizer who can't keep his hands or anything else to himself, because he respects women that much - right? These are the same people who constantly bombard message boards (AT) with 'Rob was seen with ...... and was seen talking to ...... i wonder if there's anything going on?

Oh but by far, the worst for being heckled at is Kristen. It's bad enough calling Rob all the names under the sun; describing him as some kind of 'bed-hopping-stud' Kristen has also been given a few choice names; 'she flirts with anyone, first Rob, now Garrett, then Tom. Sometimes Taylor (insert ex-boyfriends name anywhere in this) and back to Rob again.'
Around and around it goes, where it stops no one knows, but give me a sick bag just in case!
Last night it was all 'OMG i hope Garrett doesn't attend the 'A Better Man' premiere - Chris Weitz latest movie, because then that means Kristen and he are definitely an item' (yeah i know it gets funnier believe me) 'I hope Kristen doesn't turn up; she should be in Toronto with Rob and Bear instead of LA' or 'Don't be seen in Toronto with Rob and Bear, show up at the premiere with Garrett...'
Yeah...Garrett was there, Kristen was there...so was Taylor Lautner. Who was Kristen photographed with?
SO, why wasn't Rob there too, considering he worked with Taylor and Kristen on New Moon (directed by Chris Weitz) Oh right - back to point A.

Three years i have been following this fandom (Twilight) and all the craziness that has followed. Three years i have been a supporter of Rob and Kristen as actors, as friends, as so much more.
The summer of 2009; was a time when the same level of foam was at it's peak. When so called 'fans' panicked and whined day in and day out because 'Rob was working, Kristen was working' that was the end of Robsten!

We saw what it did to Rob (first two photos as an example) we saw what it did to Kristen (she looked down and unhappy) DO you really think they would allow that to happen again?
There are too many who claim to be 'shippers of Robsten' yet, as soon
as a drought of papped photos or sightings (airport/dinning) happens, they immediately start pacing the Internet; twisting their fingers anxiously around and worrying non-stop. They flood message boards with their hysterical woes concerning the lack thereof, as they help feed the nonsten frenzy.
Look how close they're standing together? How tightly Kristen has a hold of Rob as she leans into his side - No.Room.In-between.
Seems to me so many have forgotten what happened a little over two weeks ago; (17 days) when Rob and Kristen where not only laughing and giggling. They were also joking, smiling, whispering, holding hands backstage, goofing around on stage. Relaxed, happy and dare i say it...in love!
Why would anything change?
Just because they don't loan themselves out like some fake PR relationship (so many i can mention) to every single photography agency going, doesn't mean that they haven't been together - so naive.
Just because Rob is working and Kristen has been able to travel without him to London and 'wherever' doesn't mean she isn't in communication with him umm hello - internet, email, mobile phone!
So if like me, you're the type to shake your head, laugh your ass off at the silly chickens (or sheep as a dear friend would say) running around crying, wailing, foaming and whining, because they believe the world is about to end and Rob and Kristen have become a Nonsten's wet dream and broken up! Then smile, gaze at the happiness radiating from Kristen's eyes last night, how relaxed she looked and how happy she clearly was (must be something to do with a deliciously handsome young man she's in love with)
